Drinking over it is a mod made by pb dman otherwise known as Diamond Ice. It is a game that modifies Dead Drunk - a game made by Eric Gurt - to have it's own tweaked map of Getting Over It made by Bennett Foddy.
How to open (IMAGE ATTACHED):
- Open flash player.
- Inside flash player, select File → Open → Browser and select the .swf file.
